Financial statement requirement If the contractor procures more than $500,000 of vegetables for producers or producer agents during the most recently completed fiscal year, a reviewed or audited annual financial statement is required. If the contractor procures more than $4,000,000 of vegetables from producers or producer agents during the most recently completed fiscal year, an audited annual financial statement is required.
