License required to process and/or package food for wholesale to other businesss.  
License Type:
1 year beginning 4/1 ending 3/30 of next calendar year.  
Fees vary depending on annual production dollar volume and food products processed. View the fee schedule for this license.  
Plant must be properly constructed, maintained and operated in compliance with ATCP 70, Wis. Adm. Code. If plants that buy vegetables from Wisconsin producers, may need to obtain a permit under s. 100.03, Wis. Stats. For license exemptions, see Ch. ATCP 70 Wis. Adm. Code. Plant inspected prior to initial license.
