Detailed Information for : Dredging - Waterway & Wetland Permit
Description:
A permit or contract is required for removing bed material, logs, stumps, and other debris from the bed of a waterway. If any portion of the proposed dredge area is a wetland or sensitive habitat area, it is unlikely that permits can be issued.
