Detailed Information for : Fish Farm Registration

Description:	Registration required for facilities to hatch fish or hold live fish for sale or distribution, introduction into state waters, fishing, use as bait or fertilizer, use as human food or animal feed, education, demonstration, or research; or to hold live fish or fish eggs owned by another person.

Duration:	1 year beginning April 1
Fees:	One Type 1 Fish Farm $37.50, Two or more Type 1 Fish Farms $50.00; One - Five Type 2 or 3 Fish Farms $125, Six to Ten Type 2 or 3 Fish Farms, $150, 11 - 20 Type 2 or 3 Fish Farms $200, 20 or more Type 2or 3 Fish Farms $300.

Required Documentation:	Applicant will complete a fish farm registration application, submit proof of legal name (corporation, partnership, trust, etc.) or social security number form for individuals and married couples, and required fees.
