Original	Allows a person to inspect one- and two-family dwellings for the purpose of administering and enforcing chs. Comm 16 and 24.
Renewal	Allows a person to inspect one- and two-family dwellings for the purpose of administering and enforcing chs. Comm 16 and 24.
Replacement	Duplicate credential for a person already an UDC Electrical Inspector.
Modification	Modification of a license to show change of name or address for a person who already is an UDC Electrical Inspector.
