Allows a contractor to apply for a building permit to build or do remodeling work on a one- or two-family dwelling.

Type	License Type Description
Original	Applies to persons, other than the owner, obtaining building permits to work on a one- or two-family dwelling.
Renewal	Applies to persons, other than the owner, obtaining building permits to work on a one- or two-family dwelling.
Replacement	Duplicate credential for a person who already has a Dwelling Contractor Certification - Restricted.
Modification	Modification of a license to show change of name or address for a person who already has a Dwelling Contractor Certification - Restricted.
