Type	License Type Description
Original	Applies to persons who test fire sprinkler systems and components according to Comm 14 and NFPA 25.
Renewal	Applies to persons who test automatic fire sprinkler systems and components in accordance with Comm 14 and NFPA 25.
Replacement	Duplicate credential for a person who is already an Automatic Fire Sprinkler System Tester.
Modification	Modification of a registration to show change of name or address for a person who is already an Automatic Fire Sprinkler System Tester.
