Original	The information and processes indicated in the INITIAL type pertain to applicants seeking the credential for the first time, may be used as an option in lieu of the renewal requirements, and must be used by applicants wishing to re-obtain a credential which has been expired for more than one credential cycle. Applies to persons who conduct tank-tightness testing of a tank system that will hold or did hold flammable or combustible liquids.
Renewal	The information and processes indicated in the RENEWAL type pertain to applicants seeking to renew the credential prior to expiration. Also included is information on the process to renew within 1 credential cycle after expiration. Applies to persons who conduct tank-tightness testing of a tank system that will hold or did hold flammable or combustible liquids.
Replacement	The information and processes indicated in the DUPLICATE type pertain to applicants seeking a duplicate copy of their credential card. Applies to persons who conduct tank-tightness testing of a tank system that will hold or did hold flammable or combustible liquids.
