Recertification of an operator or manager of a food establishment.  
License Type:
Five (5) years  


  • Already certified as a food manager,
  • successful completion of a state approved recertification course or take and pass another state approved examination,
  • completed application, and
  • the fee.
Required Documentation:
  • documentation of successfully completing the recertification course or proof of passing an approved exam, and
  • a completed application.
