Description:
Initial license necessary for installing a pump in a drinking water well.  
License Type:

Duration:
New licenses are effective from the date the initial fee is received until 12/31 of the calendar year.  
Fees:
$25.00  
Prerequisites:

Must complete an exam and be approved by Department of Natural Resource (DNR) staff. Exams are offered at a different DNR station the first Wednesday of even numbered months.  

Please call the Wisconsin DNR Bureau of Drinking Water and Groundwater at 608-266-0153 to obtain exam information.
