Description:
An individual certified to conduct lead-free inspection, lead inspection or clearance activities.

Duration:

1 or 2 years. Refresher training required every 2 years.

 
Fees:
$150 for 1 year. $275 for a 2 year license. State and local government employees are fee exempt.
